This and That Digital is a Mumbai-based digital marketing and creative agency working with brands across jewellery, fashion, apparel, healthcare, lifestyle, product and other industries. /n We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Photographer / Videographer & Editor who can take content from concept and moodboard to shoot and final edit. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES/n • Shoot high-quality photo and video content primarily for social media /n • Plan and execute shoots based on moodboards, creative briefs and pre-shoot discussions /n • Create Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product shoots, fashion shoots and brand content /n • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, transitions, formats and editing styles /n • Bring fresh creative ideas and your own visual style to every shoot /n • Shoot using professional cameras as well as iPhone and DJI Osmo Pocket 4 for quick-turnaround social content /n • Edit photos and videos according to the brand's visual direction /n • Handle colour correction and colour grading /n • Work closely with the creative and social media teams to execute content requirements /n • Adapt your creative style according to different brands and their identities REQUIREMENTS/n • 2–3+ years of professional experience in photography,



videography and editing /n • Strong understanding of social media content and current trends /n • Strong creative sense with a distinct visual style /n • Positive understanding of photography, videography, lighting, composition and framing /n • Hands-on experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom and similar tools /n • Strong knowledge of colour correction and colour grading /n • Experience creating and editing short-form social media content /n • Experience shooting content using iPhone and DJI Osmo Pocket /n • Own camera is mandatory /n • Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team /n • Strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory WHAT WE VALUE/n We are looking for someone who is: /n Creative | Trend-Aware | Visually Driven | Detail-Oriented | Adaptable /n Someone who can look at a moodboard or creative discussion and turn it into strong, engaging social media content.
