Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide academic leadership to the School of Pharmacy, ensuring excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement.

- Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the school.

- Develop strategic plans for resource allocation, budgeting, and fundraising initiatives.

- Represent the school at national and international forums to enhance its reputation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-24 years of experience as a Professor or equivalent position in a reputed institution.

- M.Pharma degree from an accredited university with specialization in any field (M.Pharma).

- Proven track record of academic achievement, research publications, and qualified service contributions.

- B.Pharma degree from an accredited university with specialization in any field (B.Pharma).
