Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to support the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to assist customers and maintain pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with their pharmacy and healthcare-related requirements.
- Receive, check, arrange, and store medicines and pharmacy products.
- Maintain proper stock levels and check expiry dates regularly.
- Prepare medicines and products for dispensing under the supervision of the pharmacist.
- Handle billing, cash, and basic computer/POS operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy.
- Assist with inventory management and stock records.
- Follow pharmacy procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.




- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Support the pharmacist and other staff with daily pharmacy activities.

Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Pharmacy or relevant pharmacy experience preferred.
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience is an advantage.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-organized.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, if required.
