Role Description The Pharmaceutical Regional Trainer-Medicals will be responsible for delivering structured training programs to medical and sales teams across the assigned region, with a focus on pharmaceutical products, medical knowledge, and compliant practices. Day-to-day activities include planning and conducting classroom and on-field training sessions, developing and updating training curricula and materials, and ensuring alignment with company guidelines and regulatory standards.

The role involves assessing training needs, monitoring performance improvement, and providing feedback and coaching to trainees and managers.



This is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with regional leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to support capability-building and regional business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong medical knowledge and practical exposure in domains such as Medicine and Medical Assisting.
- Candidates should possess foundational expertise in Medical Terminology to effectively train and communicate complex clinical concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development to design, structure, and refine training modules and learning pathways.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Medical Coding to support accurate documentation and compliance-related training.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical training, medical education, or field-force capability development is highly beneficial.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and simplify technical content.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted training interventions.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, medicine, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed for on-site training sessions and field visits.
