About the Role

We are looking for an active, responsible, and confident PG Manager to take care of the day-to-day management of our student PG.

The candidate will be responsible for student management, discipline, daily operations, handling student requirements, and resolving issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- - Manage the PG and its day-to-day operations.

- - Handle and coordinate with PG students and understand their requirements.

- - Maintain discipline and ensure PG rules are followed.

- - Confidently manage and control groups of students.

- - Take quick and appropriate decisions when required.

- - Resolve student concerns and complaints professionally.

- - Coordinate food, accommodation, housekeeping, maintenance, and other daily requirements.

- - Handle unexpected situations and operational challenges.

- - Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized PG environment.

- - Coordinate with management regarding important student and PG-related matters.

- - Take complete responsibility for the smooth functioning of the PG

- - Good communication skills in English and Hindi – Mandatory.





- - Robust personality with the ability to maintain discipline among students.

- - Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- - Active, energetic, and responsible in nature.

- - Must be comfortable taking challenges and handling difficult situations.

- - Solid people-management and communication skills.

- - Previous experience in PG, hostel, residential, or student management will be preferred.

- - Candidates who are willing to stay at or relocate to Hennur, Bangalore are preferred.
