nKey Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and concept-driven lessons in Business Studies and Entrepreneurship for Classes XI and XII.
n
- Plan and implement effective lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments aligned with the prescribed curriculum.

- Develop students' understanding of business concepts through case studies, real-world examples, experiential learning, and entrepreneurial activities.
n
- Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback and individualized academic support.
n




- Prepare students effectively for board examinations while developing critical thinking, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
n
- Encourage participation in business, commerce, financial-literacy, and entrepreneurship-related co-curricular activities.
n
- Integrate contemporary business trends, start-up ecosystems, innovation, and industry developments into classroom learning.
n
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership to create an inclusive and stimulating learning workplace.

- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to the overall academic and holistic development of students.
