About the Role

We are looking for a highly confident, dependable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a leading gynecologist. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage daily operations, coordinate with healthcare networks, and build strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and personal support to the doctor in daily activities

- Coordinate and communicate with RMP (Registered Medical Practitioner) doctors and ASHA workers

- Manage appointments, schedules, and follow-ups

- Assist in organizing camps, outreach programs, and patient coordination

- Maintain records, reports, and communication logs

- Handle calls, messages, and professional correspondence

- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic and external coordination

Required Skills & Qualities

- Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills





- Confident and capable of dealing with different types of people in healthcare settings

- Highly trustworthy, loyal, and responsible

- Positive organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to work independently and take initiative

- Basic knowledge of healthcare systems or experience working with medical professionals is preferred

- Comfortable traveling locally when required

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Admin background preferred)

- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Coordinator, or healthcare-related role is an advantage
