We are hiring Personal Bankers (PB) to drive customer acquisition and relationship management for our banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current leads through open-market and field activities.
- Acquire new customers and open CASA accounts.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Sell CASA, deposits, loans, investment and other banking products.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Promote digital banking products and services.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Lead generation and customer acquisition ability.
- Strong sales and cross-selling skills.
- Willingness to work in the open market/field.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with experience in banking, financial services, sales, CASA acquisition, or customer relationship management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
