Location: Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra Work Mode: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: 3 Years Leadership Experience: 2 Years About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands and business verticals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads , team leadership experience, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive measurable business growth and ROI. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage full-funnel performance marketing strategies.

Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Native Ads, Taboola , and other relevant platforms. Lead, mentor, and manage performance marketing team members. Manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple accounts.

Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, and overall campaign performance . Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, campaign audits, and conversion optimization. Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, messaging, landing pages, and funnels.

Analyze campaign, CRM, and revenue data to identify growth opportunities. Handle client communication, performance presentations, reporting, and growth strategies. Work closely with Creative, Sales, Business Development, Analytics, Technology, and Client Servicing teams.

Explore new acquisition channels,



AI tools, automation, and emerging marketing technologies.

Required Skills & Experience3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media . 2 years of experience in team leadership or management . Solid hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads .

Experience with YouTube Ads and native advertising platforms such as Taboola . Strong understanding of marketing metrics, tracking, analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization. Proven experience managing multiple accounts and substantial advertising budgets.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Agency experience managing multiple clients/accounts is highly preferred.
