Performance Marketing Intern – Google Ads

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in learning and working on Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing and be eager to work with real campaigns, analyze performance, and improve advertising results.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns.

- Monitor daily campaign performance, including spend, leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.
- Assist in keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Support the management of Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in optimizing keywords, ad copies, bids, budgets, and targeting.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly Google Ads performance reports.
- Conduct competitor, keyword, and market research.




- Assist in A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are spending as planned.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

* Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Google Ads.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and campaign data.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and experiment.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/tasks and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

* Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads / Google Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Understanding of metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Impression Share.
- Basic knowledge of keyword research and Google Keyword Planner.
- Understanding of Google Analytics / GA4 and conversion tracking.
- Previous internship, certification, or project in digital marketing.
