Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital performance campaigns across channels such as search, social media, display, and e-commerce platforms.

The individual will track key performance metrics, manage advertising budgets, and analyze campaign data to improve return on investment and customer acquisition. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with creative and content teams for campaign assets, implementing A/B tests, monitoring market trends, and preparing performance reports for internal stakeholders. The role also involves identifying new growth opportunities,



refining audience targeting, and ensuring brand consistency across all performance marketing activities.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in performance and digital marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze marketing data, interpret performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, marketing dashboards).
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, audience segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital or performance marketing are an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns in FMCG or consumer goods sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana with strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
