About the Role

Plus People is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns from setup to scaling.
- Build and optimize landing pages for lead generation and sales.
- Improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates through regular optimization.
- Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
- Manage campaign budgets and scale profitable campaigns.
- Research audiences, competitors,



and market trends.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for ad creatives.
- Use AI tools for campaign planning, audience research, copywriting, and optimization.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant performance marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; knowledge of LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with landing page platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Elementor, or Webflow.
- Practical knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRO, and marketing funnels.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns or client accounts.

Pay: ₹40,092.28 - ₹72,627.99 per month
