Role Description The Performance Marketing Freelancer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and enrollments for Finanzo’s online certification programs.
Day-to-day tasks include managing performance marketing channels, monitoring campaign metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, and adjusting strategies to improve return on investment.
The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align campaign messaging with program offerings and communicating performance insights in a transparent, actionable format.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of Meta Ads experience
- Lead-generation campaign experience
- Worked with education / EdTech / courses / training institutes preferably
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
- Lead-form campaigns
- WhatsApp conversion campaigns
- Basic landing-page optimization
- Conversion tracking
- CRM/funnel reporting
- Creative testing
