About the Role Dermalist is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in the D2C skincare/beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition, conversions, revenue, and scalable growth.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, and CPA.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimise spends across platforms, audiences, products, and campaigns.
- Test new audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and offers.
- Work closely with Creative, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Brand, and E-commerce teams.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Plan performance campaigns for product launches, offers, festive campaigns, and sales.




- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

Requirements
- 2–4+ years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
- Mandatory experience with a D2C skincare/beauty brand.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of GA4, tracking, attribution, and performance analytics.
- Strong knowledge of D2C customer acquisition, conversion funnels, remarketing, and revenue growth.
- Experience managing and scaling paid media budgets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be currently based in Mumbai and comfortable working in office.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience working with established D2C skincare/beauty brands such as Minimalist, mCaffeine, Foxtale, The Derma Co, Hyphen, or similar brands will be strongly preferred.

Candidates without relevant D2C skincare/beauty experience may not be considered for this position.
