nWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.

- Plan campaign strategy, targeting, budgets, and media allocation.
n
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
n
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
n
- Set up and manage Pixel, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
n
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
n
- Coordinate with content, design, and client servicing teams.
n

nRequirements:

- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
n
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
n
- Solid analytical and campaign optimization skills.
n
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
n
- Agency experience will be preferred.
n
