Capital Acres is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns to generate quality leads
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Conduct audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing
- Track conversions using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Work closely with sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance
- Prepare regular performance reports and campaign insights
Requirements
- 2–5 years of performance marketing experience in the real estate industry (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel
- Robust analytical skills with a proven track record of generating quality real estate leads
