Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and YouTube/Google Ads.
- Monitor daily performance including CAC, ROAS, CPS, CTR and conversions.
- Test new creatives, audiences, hooks and campaign structures.
- Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams for ad requirements.
- Track winning and underperforming campaigns and take necessary actions.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive spending.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports with key insights.
- Stay updated on platform changes, competitor ads and performance marketing trends.
Key Skills Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube Ads, campaign optimization, reporting and performance analysis.
