Performance Marketer | E-commerce & Paid Ads

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 3+ years of experience to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid digital campaigns with a strong focus on e-commerce growth and customer acquisition .

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms .
- Develop and optimize campaigns for sales, conversions, ROAS, lead generation, and customer acquisition .
- Manage e-commerce advertising campaigns , including product/catalogue ads, retargeting, dynamic ads, and conversion campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, and revenue .
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging .
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and event tracking .
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, A/B testing,



and funnel optimization.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, tracking, and e-commerce trends.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads .
- Good understanding of e-commerce advertising and conversion funnels .
- Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Understanding of GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
