PERFORMANCE MARKETER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and improve customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and execute lead-generation and customer-acquisition strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.




- Coordinate with the creative/content team for high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

- 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and meet campaign targets.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Candidates with proven campaign results or a portfolio will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
