Google Ads Specialist / Performance Marketer

We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist who can take ownership of our paid acquisition and help us turn Google Ads into a predictable source of customers.

What you’ll do

Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns

Conduct keyword and competitor research

Build and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, and/or YouTube campaigns as relevant

Set up and monitor conversion tracking and analytics

Continuously optimize campaigns for lower CAC and better ROAS

Analyze campaign performance and identify what’s working and what isn’t

Test different audiences, keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies

Manage and optimize the advertising budget

Provide clear, actionable performance reports

What we’re looking for

Proven experience managing Google Ads for businesses/products

Strong understanding of Google Ads, GA4, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager

Experience with performance marketing and customer acquisition





Ability to think beyond simply “running ads” — understand the funnel, CAC, conversion rate, and unit economics

Strong analytical and experimentation mindset

Ability to independently identify problems and opportunities

Valuable to have

Experience with startups / early-stage products

Experience scaling campaigns from small budgets

Experience with landing-page and funnel optimization

Google Ads certifications

Experience with other paid acquisition channels such as Meta Ads
