Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Indore.

The Performance

Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive measurable growth. Day-to-day activities include managing campaign budgets, setting up and monitoring ads, conducting A/B tests, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing regular reports with clear insights and recommendations. The role involves close collaboration with creative, product, and sales teams to align campaign messaging and targeting with business goals.

The Performance

Marketer will also continuously research trends, refine audience segmentation, and identify new opportunities to improve return on ad spend and overall marketing efficiency.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in performance marketing, including planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad managers, attribution tools) and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis to improve campaign outcomes and user acquisition.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, landing page best practices, and audience targeting.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and messaging aligned with brand guidelines.
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills for reporting, budget tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a performance marketing or growth marketing role is preferred; experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.
