Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant for a Payroll Transformation project supporting multiple countries across EMEA and APAC.

The candidate will work on PeopleSoft Payroll & Benefits, business-process improvements, vendor integrations, configuration, testing, and coordination with developers, vendors, and business users.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and resolve PeopleSoft Payroll business-process issues.
- Support Payroll Transformation initiatives across EMEA and APAC.
- Work on vendor and system integrations.
- Configure PeopleSoft Payroll & Benefits based on business requirements.
- Gather and analyze functional requirements.
- Prepare functional design and solution documents.
- Create test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Support SIT, UAT, integration testing, and defect resolution.




- Perform root-cause analysis of functional and integration issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Support deployment and post-production activities.

Required Skills
- 8 years of PeopleSoft experience.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll & Benefits (HCM).
- Strong payroll functional knowledge.
- Experience in PeopleSoft configuration.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Experience with system/vendor integrations.
- Good documentation skills.
- Experience preparing test plans and test scripts.
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft technical components such as:
- Application Engine
- SQR
- Integrations

Candidate Profile
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and functional teams.

Pay: ₹136,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
