At College Circle AI, we’re building an AI-powered EdTech ecosystem—and we’re looking for someone who wants to help us build the people and culture behind it.

This isn’t a traditional HR role. You’ll work closely with the team across hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance, team coordination, and culture-building.

What you will do

- Support end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and people trackers
- Drive employee engagement and team initiatives
- Coordinate follow-ups, feedback, and performance processes
- Help build People & Culture SOPs and systems
- Identify gaps and take ownership of improving how our team works

What is expected of you?

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Highly organized and proactive
- Someone who takes ownership without waiting to be told
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
- Interest in HR, People Operations, culture, or organizational development
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or team management is a plus
