Pega Platform Experience :

Candidates should demonstrate strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

1.

Pega Customer

Service :

- Delivering customer-focused workflow solutions, including case management, service request automation, omnichannel customer engagement, customer interaction management,



and intelligent routing.

2.

Pega Sales

Automation :

- Supporting sales and business development processes, including lead and chance management, customer onboarding, workflow orchestration, and CRM-related integrations.

3. Pega Platform & Workflow Automation :

- Building enterprise workflow solutions, including case lifecycle management, business rules implementation, process orchestration, and enterprise system integrations.

Desirable Experience :

- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Experience with cloud technologies, REST/SOAP integrations, and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflow automation and mentoring junior developers.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
