We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master who can independently handle garment pattern making and support the sampling and production process.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop patterns as per designs, measurements and specifications.
- Create and modify patterns for different garment styles and silhouettes.
- Develop patterns from sketches, references and samples.
- Prepare patterns for sampling and production.
- Make necessary corrections and alterations based on fitting and sample feedback.
- Conduct garment fittings and ensure proper fit, measurements and proportions.
- Coordinate with designers, tailors and production teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare size grading and ensure consistency across sizes.
- Maintain accuracy in measurements, pattern details and construction.
- Identify and resolve fitting or pattern-related issues during sampling and production.

Requirements :





- 3–7 years of relevant experience as a Pattern Master.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurements and fitting.
- Ability to understand fashion sketches and garment references.
- Good knowledge of pattern making and size grading.
- Ability to work independently and meet sampling/production timelines.
- Experience with Drapes & couture garment is preferred.

- Valuable understanding of fabrics and their behaviour.
- Problem-solving skills related to fit and construction.
- Ability to work closely with designers and production team.

Salary: ₹[45,000] per month, depending on experience and skills. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
