About the Role

Warm Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Patient Care & Healthcare Support Executives for our Doctors On Call – Inbound Healthcare Process.

The role involves handling inbound calls from patients and customers, understanding their requirements, assisting with appointment coordination, supporting ambulance-service requests, maintaining accurate records, and escalating urgent or complex situations through the appropriate channels.

This is a fully on-site opportunity in Belagavi for candidates looking to build a career in healthcare operations and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from patients/customers professionally and courteously.
- Understand caller requirements and collect accurate information.
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Assist patients with scheduling and cancelling appointments.
- Check doctor availability and coordinate doctor visits as per the approved process.
- Handle ambulance-service requests and collect required emergency/location information.
- Follow defined emergency escalation procedures.
- Accurately document call details and customer/patient information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Identify calls requiring specialized or senior assistance and escalate appropriately.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader, Quality Analyst, and relevant healthcare personnel.
- Follow approved scripts, SOPs, workflows, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in training, coaching, evaluations, and process sessions.

Important Responsibility This is a patient-support and healthcare operations role.





Employees will follow approved procedures and escalation protocols. The role does not involve independently diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing medication, or providing clinical treatment. Medical, emergency, or high-risk situations must be escalated to the designated authorized healthcare professional/team.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Healthcare/Life-science background is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- BPO, Customer Service, or Voice Process experience is preferred.
