- Receive spare parts from suppliers and verify them against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.

- Check part number, description, quantity, and condition of received parts.

- Identify shortages, excess quantities, wrong parts, or damaged parts and report them immediately.

- Ensure proper documentation of received parts.

- Ensure parts are free from visible damage before acceptance.

- Follow dealership procedures for handling and storage of spare parts.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the parts area.

- Assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative activities.

- Support recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

- Prepare creative designs for showroom activities, employee engagement programs, events, and campaigns.

- Assist in designing content for WhatsApp groups, social media, and other digital communication channels.

- Perform other duties assigned by management.

- Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
