Role Description The Partner role at Mithi Voice Chat is a full-time, remote position focused on expanding the platform’s reach and building strategic collaborations. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and nurturing partnerships with individuals, communities, and organizations that can promote or integrate Mithi Voice Chat, and developing mutually beneficial growth plans. The Partner will coordinate campaigns and initiatives to increase user engagement, gather feedback from partners and users, and share insights with product and marketing teams.





This role involves managing communications with stakeholders, representing the brand in online meetings and events, and supporting the onboarding and success of new partners. The Partner will work closely with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall business goals and user experience standards.

Qualifications

- Robust relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in partnership development, business development, or community outreach.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to plan and execute collaboration initiatives and track performance metrics.
- Comfort working remotely with digital collaboration tools and managing time independently.
