Swagatham Global Connect is hiring an experienced Parotta Master Cum Goring Master for a reputed restaurant in Singapore under the E Pass category. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled candidates with strong experience in South Indian and Malaysian-style cooking.

- Salary: SGD 1,200 per month

- 14 hours duty per day
- 2 days off per month

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare soft, flaky, and authentic South Indian parottas with consistent quality.
- Cook Malaysian-style Goring dishes, including fried rice, fried noodles, and other specialty items.
- Prepare gravies, side dishes, and accompaniments as per restaurant standards.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.




- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Parotta Master Cum Goring Master.
- Malaysia work experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must submit working videos and a menu list showcasing their skills.
- Robust knowledge of South Indian and Malaysian cuisine.
- Age: 1991 to 1997 only.
- Passport-ready candidates preferred for immediate processing.
