Role Description The Part-Time Offline Trainer will deliver in-person training sessions at the Sibsagar center, focusing on one or more of Besant Technologies’ core domains such as Full Stack Development, Data Science & AI, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, or UI/UX. The trainer will design and present structured lesson plans, explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way, and guide learners through practical, hands-on exercises and projects.

Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting classroom lectures and labs, assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback,



and maintaining accurate records of attendance and progress. The trainer will collaborate with the training coordination team to align content with certification requirements, support learner queries, and ensure a positive, inclusive classroom environment. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Sibsagar, with schedules that may include evenings or weekends depending on batch requirements.

Qualifications

- Technical proficiency in at least one relevant domain such as Full Stack Development, Data Science & AI, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing & DevOps, Cyber Security, Generative AI & Machine Learning, Software Testing, or UI/UX Design Strategy.
- Strong instructional and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, facilitate discussions, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Experience designing training content or curricula, preparing lesson plans, and using practical, project-based approaches to enhance learner engagement.
- Ability to evaluate learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Design, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, mentor, or corporate facilitator in technology or related disciplines is highly desirable.
