Position Summary – Flexible, High-Impact Premium Remote Academic Role The Online Educator (LINC Fellow) functions as an independent academic contributor with LINC Education, delivering online facilitation services to Australia-based postgraduate students enrolled in the Master of Public Health offered by Victoria University Online. The programs are delivered in cutting-edge formats such as Victoria University’s block model, where students complete one unit in an intensive 8-week study period.

What’s on offer?
This is an 8-week contract-based role offering;
- Remuneration: Base pay of approx. INR 90000*
- Additional Performance Incentives: Up to 36000 *The remuneration is estimated for a group of 25 students for an 8-week unit that requires ~10-15 hours of effort per week)

Work Flexibility
- Commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week, 7 days a week.
- Fully remote working model
- Requirement of a stable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
- Availability throughout the week as per the schedule
Roles & Responsibilities: The LINC Fellow is expected to:
- Provide subject matter guidance to a cohort of 25–30 postgraduate students
- Conduct 1:1 academic support sessions
- Guide students on course content and assessments
- Perform assessment grading with detailed, constructive feedback
- Manage and moderate weekly discussion forums
- Support students in developing academic skills such as writing, research, and time management
- Deliver timely, proactive, and personalised support to student queries
Engagement with students will take place via email, calls, and online platforms within defined availability hours.

Desired candidate profile:
- Doctorate / Master’s Public health or related field with distinction or first-class from a reputed institution
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience or undertaking academic, scientific or clinical research in public health, or 5 years of experience working as a health-sector professional or in related business or other practice-based roles requiring high-order judgement and / or the provision of expert advice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and collaborative approach
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse, global learners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of comfort with digital tools and platforms

- High-speed internet connection (>10 Mbps)
Availability Requirement The candidate is expected to be available between 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM IST, 7 days a week, during which they may put in 1-2 hours of work based on student needs and marking load.
