Job Summary

Sun Chem India is looking for a Packing Officer to manage and monitor day-to-day packing operations while ensuring adherence to quality, GMP and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily packing activities as per production plans.
- Ensure proper packing of products as per SOPs, specifications and batch requirements.
- Check packing materials, labels, batch details and quantities before and during packing.
- Maintain accurate packing records, batch documents and production reports.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC and Stores for smooth operations.
- Monitor manpower, productivity and daily packing targets.
- Ensure proper line clearance, cleanliness and GMP compliance.
- Identify and report packing-related issues, discrepancies or quality concerns.
- Ensure safe working practices and discipline within the packing area.

Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Pharma, Chemistry,



Production or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in packing/production operations, preferably in Cosmetics, Pharma or FMCG manufacturing.
- Positive knowledge of GMP, SOPs and documentation.
- Good English communication skills – reading, writing and basic verbal communication.
- Good Maths/numerical ability for quantity calculations, production records and reconciliation.
- Good coordination, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Location: Kolgaon, Palghar, Maharashtra Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
