2. Must be able to provide adequate information and offer solutions where necessary.
3. Fill in all immigration and application forms for Australia, Canada, the UK, etc.
4. Drafting SOP & Cover letter for a student visa.
5. Submitting applications to universities and completing the admission process for students. 7. Follow up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice

6.. Education counselling to students and their families and assisting them in choosing the right course/ College. Skills The ideal candidate must have

- Prior experience in Immigration services, Visa processing and overseas Education.
- Robust inter-personnel skills.




- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to handle clients over the phone and in-person
- Experience in updating leads to CRM or Excel
- The ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
- Excellent written & communication
- Good Knowledge of the industry
- Good Relations Building skills with Clients
