Role Description The Outreach Coordinator role is a contract, on-site position based in Gurugram for professionals with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. The role involves planning and executing outreach initiatives to engage clients, partners, and local communities, including organizing events, meetings, and information sessions.

The coordinator will handle day-to-day communication with stakeholders, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong relationships through high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include conducting research on target audiences, tracking outreach performance, preparing reports,



and sharing insights with internal teams. The role also supports training and onboarding activities for new partners or clients, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage queries, and represent the organization professionally.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to identify outreach opportunities, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support orientation sessions, workshops, and partner enablement activities.
- Relevant experience (2–4 years) in outreach, community engagement, client relations, or a similar role, preferably in real estate or services sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple initiatives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic data reporting; familiarity with CRM or outreach management systems is an advantage.
