- Provide nursing care and assistance during surgical procedures in the Operation Theatre.
- Prepare the OT, surgical instruments, equipment, and required supplies before procedures.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgeries as required.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and OT safety protocols.
- Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties as assigned.
- Monitor and maintain proper documentation of surgical procedures and patient-related records.
- Ensure availability and proper handling of instruments, consumables, and emergency equipment.
- Assist with patient positioning, pre-operative preparation, and post-operative transfer.
- Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and other OT staff.
