nJOB DESCRIPTION

nManage the end-to-end Order Management lifecycle, from order creation and booking through fulfillment, delivery and billing.

nHandle customer orders, order processing, booking activities and billing-related queries.

nWork on SAP for order processing and related activities.

nSAP ByD experience is preferred.

nKnowledge of SNOW / ServiceNow is an added advantage.

nCoordinate with internal teams,



customers and client stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.

nMonitor orders, identify issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

nPrepare reports, track process performance and perform analysis using MS Excel.

nSupport process training and structured learning sessions.

nIdentify training requirements and contribute to training manuals, SOPs and course materials.

nCandidates should be currently based in the respective hiring location.

nRelocation candidates are not preferred due to client requirements.
