Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM and PCM/PCMCS implementations. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting PCMCS solutions for business profitability and cost allocation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Oracle PCMCS solutions based on business requirements.

Configure profitability and cost allocation models, dimensions, applications, and business rules.

Develop and maintain PCMCS calculation rules, allocations, and model structures.

Work with business users to understand profitability, cost, allocation, and reporting requirements.

Develop and maintain integrations between PCMCS and other Oracle EPM/ERP applications.

Perform data loading, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards as required.

Support application testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.

Troubleshoot performance, calculation, data, and integration issues.

Prepare technical and functional documentation.

Work closely with Finance, FP&A;, EPM, and technical teams.





Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion technologies.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PCMCS.

Experience in Profitability and Cost Management / Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management.

Strong understanding of profitability, cost allocation, and financial modeling.

Experience with PCMCS dimensions, models, allocations, calculations, and business rules.

Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

Strong experience in Data Management / Data Integration.

Knowledge of Oracle ERP/Fusion integration is preferred.

Experience with REST APIs, automation, and scripting is an advantage.

Strong SQL knowledge.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have

Oracle EPM Cloud certification.

Experience with FCCS, Planning, EPBCS, ARCS, or EDMCS.

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Experience with Groovy, REST APIs, and EPM Automate.

Experience working with large-scale Oracle EPM implementations.
