Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle SQL Developer for application development and customization
- Managing project budgeting and timelines to deliver solutions within scope
- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Applying strategic human resource planning to align client objectives with Oracle HCM capabilities
- Engaging in workforce analytics to inform insights and recommendations for clients
- Supporting change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of recent systems
- Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire team members
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle SQL Developer
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Managing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management implementations
- Engaging in strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics
- Excelling in business process improvement and change management
