Role &

Responsibilities :

Requirement Analysis & Development :

- Analyze new business requirements and enhancements and implement them using productive SQL/PL/SQL logic, ensuring seamless integration with existing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, Payroll, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), REST APIs, and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).

Application Support & Maintenance :

- Work within the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Payroll domain, applying strong functional and technical knowledge to support enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain Payroll-related integrations and processes.

Payroll Development & Integration :

- Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions and integrations.
- Work with Payroll data, extracts, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and troubleshoot HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, REST APIs, and PL/SQL solutions related to Payroll.
- Support integration of Payroll data with Oracle ADW and downstream systems.
