Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant – OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) /n Location: Gurgaon/ Kolkata /n Experience: 4+ Years /n We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor implementations and enhancements. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Time & Labor processes.

/n

- Configure and implement Oracle Time & Labor solutions based on business needs.

/n

- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.

/n

- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.

/n

- Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training activities.

/n

- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces,



and extensions.

/n

- Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

/n

- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

/n

- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and new OTL features.

/n /n Mandatory Skills /n /n

- Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.

/n

- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).

/n

- Solid understanding of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.

/n

- Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.

/n

- Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.

/n

- Experience with time entry rules, approval workflows, time calculation rules, and scheduling concepts.

/n

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

/n
