- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules based on organizational requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Manage HCM data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Configure approval workflows, security roles, and user access controls.
- Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
- Create reports, dashboards, and BI Publisher/OTBI reports.
- Perform SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolution.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and extensions.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
