Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – US or UK Payroll and Fast Formula.
The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge, hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience in Payroll, along with experience working in Big 4 MNCs. The candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver, support and enhance Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
- Work on US and/or UK Payroll processes and configurations.
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Fast Formula.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional solutions.
- Analyze functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support testing, implementation, deployment and post-production activities.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution discussions and client/stakeholder meetings.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations and functional requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
- Provide ongoing production support and resolve Payroll-related issues within agreed timelines.
- Ensure solutions follow Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Solid hands-on experience in US Payroll and/or UK Payroll.
- Fast Formula – Mandatory.
- Robust experience in Payroll configuration, support and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good client and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in a Big 4 MNC – Mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively with business, functional and technical teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Oracle HCM experience.
- Strong specialization in US/UK Payroll.
- Proven hands-on Fast Formula experience.
- Must have experience with a Big 4 MNC.
- Must be available to join within Immediate to 30 days.
- Must be willing to attend the final interview face-to-face.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
