? We’re Hiring: Oracle Cloud Services Consultant – Remote

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Services Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud solutions.

? Contract Duration: 5 Months (Extendable)

? Work Arrangement: Remote (WFH)

⏰ Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

? Location Requirement: Candidates must currently reside in India

⚡ Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred

? Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Service implementation, with strong functional expertise.
- Proven experience delivering 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Service Cloud configuration and deployment, particularly Service Request Management.
- Solid experience with Knowledge Management, Service Contracts, Entitlements, and Service Workflows.
- Solid understanding of after-sales service, warranty, repair, and customer service processes.
- Working experience with Install Base, including Enterprise Assets and Customer Assets.
- Ability to lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and future-state solution design with business stakeholders.
- Experience with cross-module integrations, particularly Oracle Service with Inventory, SCM, Finance, Order Management, and Receivables.
- Proven experience leading UAT, defect management, cutover planning, go-live support, and end-user training.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud solutions.




- Conduct requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand customer service and after-sales business processes.
- Perform gap analysis and define future-state solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives.
- Design, configure, and deploy Oracle Fusion Service modules based on functional and business requirements.
- Configure and manage Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, Service Contracts, and Entitlements.
- Design and configure service workflows, SLAs, escalations, and related business rules to support service operations.
- Design and support Service Request integration with Maintenance Work Orders and related repair processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory, and Operations, to ensure end-to-end process integration.
- Support integrations between Oracle Service and related Oracle modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Installed Base, and Receivables.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including FDDs, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and user guides.
- Lead UAT activities, defect management, and issue resolution to ensure solution quality and business readiness.
- Manage cutover planning, deployment activities, and go-live support to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Conduct end-user training and change-management activities to support user adoption and operational readiness.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide functional advisory to ensure solutions remain aligned with business KPIs and project objectives.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives while continuously improving solution quality and delivery practices.
