We are looking for Optometrist at Hisar/Bhiwani/Fatehabad/Sirsa.

Job responsibilities include

1. Explain to the patient about basic comprehensive eye check up including AR, NCT, Refraction, Vision, Dialation etc.
2. Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using standard clinical protocols including however not limited to objective and subjective refraction for patients of all age group, to assess visual acuity, refractive errors, binocular vision, colour vision, and depth perception.
3. Perform diagnostic procedures(AR, NCT, OCT,A-Scan, B-Scan etc), as deemed appropriate according to the medical condition of the patient
4. Perform pre-operative investigations as per clinical protocols and post operative visual assesments & follow up examinations
5. Interpret spectacle descriptions accurately & guide patients in selecting suitable lenses and frames
6. Building personal rapport with the patients & educate them regarding regular eye check ups and preventive eye care
7.



Ensuring complete & accurate patient records in the Hospital Information System, document examination findings, investigations, referrals & follow ups. Maintain absolute confidentiality of patient information
8. Coordinate effectively with ophthalmologists, nursing staff, counsellors, optical, pharmacy, and administrative teams, to ensure minimum waiting time for the patient
9. Patinet counselling and IP conversion by detailed explanation to the patient about their present findings, possible line of treatment, spectacles, contact lenses, surgery etc
10. Stay updated with advances in optometry and ophthalmology.
