We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Operations Team Leader to join our growing team.

This is a senior operational role for someone who can lead people, manage multiple functions, solve problems, improve processes and take ownership of day-to-day business operations.

? THE ROLEThe Operations Team Leader will report directly to the Operations Director and will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple operational functions, ensuring that teams work efficiently and deliver results within agreed timelines and quality standards.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYou will lead and coordinate the following teams/functions:

- Purchase Assistants – purchasing activities, supplier coordination and order management
- Inventory Management Team – stock control, availability, accuracy and inventory optimisation
- Customer Support Team – customer service, queries, complaints, returns and resolutions
- Data Management Team – data accuracy, product information and system updates
- Import & Customs Documentation Team – import documentation, customs paperwork and compliance checks
- Accounts Team Member – coordination of operational finance and account-related activities
- Sales & Marketing Team – supporting sales operations, commercial activities and coordination between departments
- 3PL / Logistics Operations – coordination with third-party logistics providers and ensuring smooth fulfilment operations

? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREssential:



✅ Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

✅ Strong experience in Operations Management

✅ Strong knowledge of Inventory Management

✅ Experience with Purchasing / Procurement

✅ Experience working with 3PL / Logistics operations

✅ Experience managing and leading teams

✅ Valuable understanding of import and customs documentation

✅ Strong Excel skills

✅ Experience working with ERP systems

✅ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

✅ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously

✅ Strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail

✅ Malayalam as a native language
