Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of training programs across different campuses.

- Represent Reducate.ai at partner/institutional campuses and coordinate with campus teams.

- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and academic programs.

- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course content, learner enrolment, attendance, progress, and reports.

- Coordinate with trainers, faculty, students, and institutional stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.

- Monitor training schedules, logistics, attendance, and overall program execution.

- Identify operational issues and resolve them promptly to ensure smooth functioning.

- Maintain regular reports and documentation related to training and LMS operations.

- Travel to different campuses as required for training and operational requirements.

- Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes.
