Cluster Ops + Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end operations for coworking centres

- Ensure adherence to SLAs across housekeeping, security, facility management, and client services

- Drive OPEX optimization and cost efficiencies across centres

- Manage regional vendor contracts, negotiations, and compliance

- Build, manage, and mentor a team of Cluster Managers and Executives

- Monitor client NPS and address escalations to ensure a smooth customer experience

- Partner with Sales and Compliance teams for current property onboarding and operational transitions

- Report to the Pan-India Operations Head through weekly MIS, escalation reports, and cost reports

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in Operations or Facility Management

- Handling Team of 3-4 Center Manager

- Experience in coworking, hospitality, or real estate preferred

- Strong people management and vendor negotiation skills

- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multi-city operations

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
