Role Overview

We are offering an enriched Internship Opportunity designed for passionate individuals looking to build or restart their career in climate tech and sustainable operations.

This role is not a traditional hands-off internship. While it is structured to provide deep, hands-on learning across industrial biomass processing, machine operation, and eco-technology, we are looking for someone who takes complete ownership and end-to-end accountability for their daily responsibilities.

Whether you are starting out or seeking a Career 2.0, this role provides an ideal platform to turn curiosity and commitment into measurable environmental outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Machinery & Unit Operations: Assist in operating, monitoring, and managing on-site machinery and pyrolysis units for converting pine needles (Pirul) and biomass into biochar.
- Process Optimization & Learning: Understand thermochemical conversion, throughput optimization, and safety procedures; continuously apply learnings to improve yield and operational performance.
- Outcome Delivery:



Maintain complete accountability over daily output targets, equipment uptime, feed handling, and quality assurance.
- Field Monitoring & Safety: Follow operational protocols, handle machinery troubleshooting under guidance, and maintain site safety standards.
- Data Logging & Reporting: Record operational parameters (temperature, feed rate, output volume) to support our Digital Measurement, Reporting & Verification (dMRV) platforms.

- Prior Exposure (Preferred): Prior hands-on experience or exposure in handling machinery, industrial equipment, boilers, or pyrolysis/biochar processing units will be highly preferred.
