Position: Operation Generation Manager

Industry: Facility Management / Housekeeping Services

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day operations across multiple sites.
- Ensure smooth manpower deployment and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients and site teams for operational requirements.
- Monitor attendance, manpower availability, discipline and performance.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with company/client standards.
- Manage supervisors and operational teams effectively.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support business growth and generation of new operational opportunities.

Candidate Profile:




- Experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping / Operations preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
- Good knowledge of manpower management and operational processes.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
