About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support Zonov.ai's healthcare operations and client delivery activities. Working closely under the Head Operational Executive, you will help manage day-to-day operational tasks, hospital coordination, onboarding support, documentation, and issue resolution.

You will assist in executing the end-to-end hospital operational journey — from requirement gathering and onboarding to implementation, go-live, and ongoing coordination — ensuring hospitals and internal teams stay aligned and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day operational activities and help ensure smooth, timely execution of processes.
- Support communication with hospitals and clients,



help understand their requirements, and follow up on open items.
- Support the hospital onboarding process requirement gathering, documentation, and go-live support.
- Log and escalate operational issues to the Head Operational Executive, and follow up until closure.
- Maintain records of operational activities and share regular updates with the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, Technology, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, hospital teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of operations, documentation, follow-ups, and process execution.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a rapid-paced startup environment.
- Presentable and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and hospital teams.

Good to Have

- Prior experience in healthcare operations, client support, service delivery, or SaaS/technology environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting systems, or basic operational software.
- Interest in healthcare technology or AI-driven solutions.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
